How Cupping Can Assist in Weight Loss:
I have created three unique 6 week transformational programs that combine Cupping Therapy and includes a free 45 minute workout session per week at the studio.
You can also book for a personal training session where I use the Vaga nerve reset techniques as the core foundation to identify and restore healing within the body. I focus on improving flexibility, range of motion and strengthening muscles.
The 1st Program combines Exercise, Intermittent Fasting and Cupping Therapy to aid weight loss and encourage the internal organs to functions correctly.
