APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 2 days or more in advance of the Appointment date will receive a 100% refund and can be rescheduled.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a 50% and cannot be rescheduled.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund and cannot be rescheduled.
Lateness of more than 15 minutes will result in a shorter treatment time and will not be extended.
The Cupping Methods clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment for wet cupping where the risk to a client’s health outweighs the benefit of treatment.
A 50% fee will be deducted from the treatment fee for wet cupping and will refund the remainder balance if this is the case.
BOOKING
Cupping Methods website provides a booking and purchase service. The service allows you to book a range of professional services that are provided by Rohima Begum.
You must complete the medical consultation form before a booking can be made.
Declaration of agreement is required at the time of booking.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Full payment of the Treatment Fee is due at the time of booking.
RIGHTS TO AMEND WEBSITE
Cupping Methods reserves the right to amend policies, terms and conditions, content, pricing and products as and when required for updating information via the website.
CLIENT WAIVER
Please read each of the following statements to confirm understanding and acceptance:
1. I understand that the Services offered are not a substitute for medical care and that prior to my booking, I have informed the Service Provider of all known medical conditions and/or injuries;
2. I agree to inform the Service Provider of any changes in my health and medical condition during my session. I understand there shall be no liability on the Service Provider’s part if I forget to do so, except where the liability arises due to (1) death or personal injury caused by Service Provider’s gross negligence; or (2) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by the Service Provider;
3. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Services and this Client Waiver (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction; 9.
NOTIFYING YOUR GP
All patients are responsible for discussing their own suitability for Hijama/wet cupping with their GP/health care profession. If you have not done so and wish to proceed with the treatment, you must assume responsibility for any medical risks arising thereof.
For treating chronic and existing medical conditions, a treatment plan and progress report can be requested at an additional charge of £30.
BEFORE UNDERGOING ALTERNATIVE THERAPY
Clients must fill in the medical consultation and consent form for any holistic cupping therapies provided by Cupping Methods.

Professional with any questions you have regarding a medical condition.
ASSESSMENTS
All new clients are required to be over the age of 18 and complete a new patient form, provide accurate medical history and undergo a medical assessment before they are treated.
Exceptions can be made for dry, flash or massage cupping for children under the age of 18 via referral and approval from the GP.
PREGNANCY
If you are pregnant, Hijama/wet cupping is not suitable for you under any circumstances and can cause a miscarriage.
It is highly recommended that women, who are sexually active, carry out a pregnancy test prior to attending their therapy session.
MENSTRUATION
Hijama/ Wet cupping is not recommended during this time.
Dry cupping and Massage cupping can all be performed while clients are menstruating if they are having gynaecological issues.
