REFUNDS ON APPOINTMENTS
The services are in demand and to avoid last minute cancellations and provide everyone with appointments who are committed to attending, I have implemented a strict policy.
Cancellations made 2 days or more in advance of the Appointment date will receive a 100% refund and can be rescheduled.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will receive a 50% and cannot be rescheduled. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not receive a refund and cannot be rescheduled.
REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS
Any purchases made of the facial glass cupping set; silicone face and body cupping set, bath salts and exfoliating soap bar are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
Cupping Methods does not accept liability for inaccurate information provided at checkout. Orders will not be refunded if incorrect address information has been provided at checkout.Please ensure all your delivery details are correct and accurate to avoid items not being delivered.
DELIVERY
I inspect all goods before packaging and shipping.
The baths salts and exfoliating is handmade to order in small batches. The exfoliating soap bar may contain air bubbles or the colour may vary. This will not the products use or quality.
There may be delays during the manufacturing process. If there is a delay, you will be notified immediately via email or phone call.
Delivery timescales can vary between 1 and 7 working days. We use multiple courier service including Royal mail, Parcel force, Evri and DPD.We are not responsible for any delays due to postal strikes that are beyond our control.
Orders received on weekends will not be processed until Monday.
